• Oversee all aspects of financial management including accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for both Jakarta and Lampung offices.

• Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide insightful analysis on business performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate external audits by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
• Manage tax planning and compliance activities to ensure adherence to local regulations while optimising tax efficiency for the organisation.
• Lead the finance team by providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Prepare detailed budgets and forecasts in partnership with department heads, monitoring variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across both locations.

• Familiarity with tax planning strategies and compliance requirements specific to Indonesia is important for this role.
