Head of Finance (Bali)

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Controller to manage their financial operations and reporting functions. What you'll do:

As a Finance Controller, your primary responsibility will be managing the company's financial operations. You will establish transparent financial systems that provide clear insights into the company's finances. Your role will involve creating sophisticated financial models that aid leadership in making informed decisions. You will also be tasked with building a robust finance team that you will lead and mentor. Your responsibilities will extend to preparing budgets, forecasts, and conducting variance analyses. Additionally, you will prepare monthly financial reports while ensuring their accuracy. You will conduct performance evaluations for your team members while identifying growth opportunities. Ensuring compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and industry standards will fall under your purview. Lastly, you will liaise with external auditors during audits.

They possess a strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) coupled with extensive experience in preparing financial statements. Their ability to create insightful financial dashboards and visualizations sets them apart from others. They are familiar with problem-solving methodologies such as PDCA, DMAIC, and Pareto charts. A deep understanding of Indonesia's Tax Regulations Harmonization Law and Customs Law is crucial for this role.
