Finance Accounting Manager (Cikarang)

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Accounting Manager to join their team in Cikarang. What you'll do:

As a Finance Accounting Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the financial direction of the company. You will be involved in various management tasks, providing support to other departments to achieve manufacturing objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining local books of accounting based on local GAAP & IFRS, checking and posting accounting transactions in the ERP system (SAP), and ensuring timely closing of accounting books each month. You will also be responsible for maintaining financial data and physical records according to best practices, as well as ensuring proper provisions are maintained in the books of accounts.

• Participate in any management agendas or tasks as part of the management function.
• Assist in preparing board meeting presentations for Finance parts.
• Support other departments in order to achieve manufacturing objectives.
• Ensure local books of accounting are maintained based on local GAAP & IFRS.
• Check and post accounting transactions in ERP system (SAP).
• Ensure closing of accounting books on monthly level.
• Maintain financial data and physical record based on best practices.
• Ensure proper provisions are maintained in the books of accounts.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Finance Accounting Manager position will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in financial accounting. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, you should have proven experience working within this field. Your understanding of IFRS and Indonesian GAAP will be essential for this role, along with your experience with tax management (brevet ABC). Familiarity with banking systems and facilities, cash management, financial reporting, and audit performance are also key skills that you will bring to this role.

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting is required.
• Proven experience in Financial Accounting.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Indonesian GAAP.
• Experience with Tax Management (brevet ABC).
• Familiarity with Banking system and facility.
• Experience with Cash management.
• Ability to prepare Financial report.
• Experience with Audit performance.
