What you'll do:

- Direct oversight of a team of finance and accounting staff.
- Issuance of necessary reports for compliance with legislation and corporate governance rules.
- Manage and coordinate the annual budget cycle.
- Perform monthly and quarterly reporting to the Business Unit.
- Coordinate and support the execution of internal and external audits.
- Prepare local financial norms, procedures, and instructions.
- Manage the financial and market risk mitigation controls.
- Support schedule and budgeting processes through Power BI.
- Analyze and review financial business processes to improve performance.
- Ensure implementation of IT resources for management controls.
