About the Finance Manager (Medan) Role:
In this job you will be responsible for end-to-end finance for the company along with other ad hoc issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising the financial operations and information systems of the company on a daily basis
• Reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of accounting and financial systems, and providing appropriate recommendations for more effective and efficient operations
• Formulating and implementing new financial policies and procedures accurately
• Setting and overseeing the annual operating budget, forecasting, and revising it in accordance with accounting and budgetary principles
• Evaluating the company's financial position comprehensively, analysing financial and management reports every month
• Having the authority to review and approve financial and accounting transactions from all departments
• Preparing special management reports and having the authority to conduct investigations if necessary
• Maintaining accurate accounting records related to accounting and tax regulations
• Implementing appropriate changes in accordance with new government regulations and procedures
• Reviewing all forms of company cooperation contracts with suppliers and customers
• Building good relationships with external parties such as Bank Officers, Tax Officials, Government Officials, Company External Auditors, and others
• Being responsible/willing to assist other staff, especially during the closing of financial reports at the beginning of each month
• Providing data requested by internal and external audit staff

To succeed in this role, you must possess good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• At least five years of experience in finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software systems
• Experience with cash management and forecasting tools
• Knowledge of banking and financial regulations and compliance requirements
