About the Head of Treasury Role:
In this business critical role, as the Head of Treasury, you will be responsible for controlling and monitoring financial aspects. You will also need to oversee treasury operations, reporting directly to Group CFO and will be based in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for treasury operation and ensure timely delivery of results
• Manage and coordinate all local bank relationships, including the establishment of local bank facilities and documentations based on group treasury instructions
• Lead the treasury team and improve operational efficiency
• Maintain positive communication with stakeholders and ensure all operational issues are taken care of
• Tender and manage all funding arrangements
• Review and monitor all lending covenants
• Reduce idle liquidity on bank accounts
• Fully declare forex exposures and hedging to group treasury
• High quality and accurate cash forecasts, reduction in idle cash, tracking of bank fees
• Oversee process improvement implementation in overseas offices
• Ensure timely execution of treasury activities

To succeed in this Head of Treasury job, you must have solid experience in technical finance and treasury as well as possess excellent leadership skills.

Key Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in accounting/finance is required, postgraduate degree is preferred
• Minimum of 10 or more years' professional experience
• CPA/CA certifications is a plus
• Prior experience in a large-scale holding companies is highly desirable
• Strong analytical abilities combined with a pragmatic approach
• Big 4 experience is preferred
• Dedicated, hands-on and a results-driven personality
