A rapidly leading local retail beauty company is recruiting for an Accounting and Finance Senior Manager (Beauty Retail) job. In this job, you will be responsible for the end-to-end accounting function of the company including, but not limited to, GL, reporting, budgeting, balance sheet, AP & AR, and tax.

About the Accounting and Finance Senior Manager (Beauty Retail) Role:
As the Accounting and Finance Senior Manager (Beauty Retail), you will be responsible for handling end-to-end accounting finance, budgeting, and reporting to the Owner. You will be based in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Month-end closing of the books and timely deliverables of requirements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and group accounting standards
• Review balance sheet accounts reconciliations
• Prepare variance analysis against budget and prior years
• Manage external auditors and statutory reporting requirements
• Ensure overall tax compliance, accuracy and timeliness of company’s tax reporting
• Identify and mitigate tax risks by improving processes and implementing best practices

To succeed in this Accounting and Finance Senior Manager (Beauty Retail) role, you will need to be technically strong in accounting, finance, and tax.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's (or above) degree in accounting or equivalent with professional qualifications
• Three to five plus years’ experience in financial analysis, reporting and systems implementation
• Experience in beauty retail company
• Good command of English
• Team player and able to work independently
• Good track record of managing and developing teams
• Positive, driven, enthusiastic and ambitious for the business
