Finance and Accounting Manager (Bogor)

A multinational manufacturing and production company based outside Jakarta are currently recruiting for a Finance and Accounting Manager (Bogor) job to join their existing team. The ideal candidate has three to five years' experience in budgeting and reporting knowledge within the industry. In this job you will be responsible for all finance and reporting matters for the company along with budgeting and controlling.

About the Finance and Accounting Manager (Bogor) Role:
This position will be a critical role within the finance division reporting directly to the Head of Finance. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to join the finance team of a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support site in the preparation of annual budgets
• Plan the cash flow forecast, working capital management dealing with bank
• Work with department managers agree key performance indicators to measure performance. Implement systems to ensure information is captured and reported on a timely basis
• Doing taxation (Employee and corporate taxes) and tax compliance
• Doing the statutory audit
• Monthly financial reporting, variance tracking, cost efficiency, inventory analysis, and product costing
• Understand information systems requirements from executive management and set Business Systems strategy to align with business strategy
• Implement and improve business systems on time and budget. Prioritise projects in accordance with executive objectives
• Develop business systems and analysis teams to deliver specific tasks and objectives
• Prepare quarterly reports, investor presentations and another investor information
• Prepare consolidated monthly financial report for the group and board presentations

The successful candidate for this Finance and Accounting Manager (Bogor) role possesses good communication skill and strong business partnering.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's (or above) degree in Accounting or equivalent
• At least five years’ experience in financial analysis, reporting and systems implementation
• Good command of English
• Sense of responsibility
• Background in finance
• Positive, driven, enthusiastic and ambitious for the business
