Finance Manager (Tangerang based)

An excellent Finance Manager (Tangerang based) job has just arisen at a leading multinational trading company reporting directly to the Managing Director, based in Tangerang.

About the Finance Manager (Tangerang based) Role:
This position is a critical role within the finance/accounting division. You will be responsible for all matters within finance, accounting, cash management, credit control, taxation, and audit. Based in Tangerang, this is a great opportunity to lead the finance team of a multinational trading company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounting process and be responsible for the month-end and year-end reporting
• Manage bank and balance sheet reconciliation
• Manage yearly budget and quarterly forecast submission to regional
• Contribute to the investment planning process
• Plan, manage and execute the annual financial audit process
• Manage cash flow related to AR as well as the company’s working capital
• Produce internal reports and accounts for use locally and reporting to the head office in London
• Manage tax filing and compliance including corporate income tax, partner income tax, VAT, permanent establishment, WHT tax, transfer pricing compliance, being a key contact with the external tax advisers and contributing to larger projects
• Manage ad hoc finance projects as required by changes in the business
• Oversee, maintain and develop strong financial control environment including the payroll approval process
• Produce cash forecast and manage cash balance
• Build strong, trusting relationships with internal and external shareholders

To succeed in this Finance Manager (Tangerang based) role, you will need to have to have a minimum of 10 years of experience and possess great analytical skills with strong business acumen.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with audit experience in a Big 4 firm
• CPA/CA certification is a plus
• 10 or more years of experience including five years as a finance manager in a multinational companies
• Previous experience in SAP implementation is a must
• Outstanding numeracy and literacy skills
• Computer literate, advanced experience in Microsoft Office and complex finance systems
• Exceptional people person, who recognises valuable resources and can communicate effectively with internal/external clients
• Strong interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
• Highly effective at managing and improving the delivery of high quality of service delivery to clients
