Marketing and Supply Chain Controller Manager

A well-established FMCG company based in Jakarta is recruiting for a Marketing and Supply Chain Controller Manager job. In this job, you will provide financial reporting and analysis support for the brand of the company. The ideal candidate has four to six years' experience in finance within the industry.

About the Marketing and Supply Chain Controller Manager Role:
This role provides financial reporting and analysis support in brand, marketing and supply chain topics. The incumbent will be involved in providing monthly financial and statistical reports, support annual business planning, rolling forecast and conduct risk control assessment. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to lead the finance team of an established multinational company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial and statistical brand/marketing related report
• Provide support on calculation of brand profitability
• Review the media effectiveness investment
• Review budget vs actual spending of media, digital, BTL activities
• Monthly and YE Accruals calculation
• Audit preparation (Internal/External)
• Prepare calculations of L/RL
• Provide various ad hoc and project related support
• Provide analytics in the area of supply chain controlling and production centre, in relation to logistical analysis (handling in, warehousing, and handling out), procurement analysis (cost savings and activities review), costing analysis (standard costs and variances), Inventory analysis, selected areas such as working capital
• Support key projects and activities in supply chain and production centre, e.g. (monthly S&OP, distribution network optimisation and cost saving, inventory evaluation, variances analysis, waste)

To succeed in this Marketing and Supply Chain Controller Manager role, you must possess good communication skill and persistence to learn and grow.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance
• Minimum of four years' working experience on similar positions with similar responsibilities
• SAP CO-FI module, advanced excel, PP, Power BI, as plus TM1
• Analytical and structured minded
• Agile and dynamic character, initiative
• Strong leader with ability to influence and challenge in a positive way
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience in partnership and in effectively building relationships, excellent communication skills and appreciation for different culture
• Good English skills
