Finance Manager (Cikarang)

Our client is an established multinational trade and services company based in industrial area of Jakarta (Cikarang). They are currently looking for Finance Manager (Cikarang) to join their existing team; the ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in finance within the industry. In this job you will be responsible for all finance matters for the company.

About the Finance Manager (Cikarang) Role:
As the Finance Manager (Cikarang), you will be responsible for handling end-to-end accounting finance, budgeting and reporting to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Month-end closing of the books and timely deliverables of requirements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and group accounting standards
• Review balance sheet accounts reconciliations
• Prepare variance analysis against budget and prior years
• Manage external auditors and statutory reporting requirements
• Ensure overall tax compliance, accuracy and timeliness of company’s tax reporting
• Identify and mitigate tax risks by improving processes and implementing best practices
To succeed in this role, you will need to be technically strong in accounting, finance and tax.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's (or above) degree in accounting or equivalent with professional qualifications such as CPA is preferred
• Three to five plus years’ experience in financial analysis, reporting and systems implementation
• Big 4 background is preferred
• Experience in multinational company
• Good command of English
• Team player and able to work independently
• Good track record of managing and developing teams
• Positive, driven, enthusiastic and ambitious for the business
