A rapidly leading local property company is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their Team. In this job you will be responsible for end to end accounting function of the company including but not limited to GL, reporting, budgeting, balance sheet, AP & AR and tax.
About the Senior Accountant role:
This position will be a critical role as he or she will be responsible to handle the Accounting process of multiple business units. This position will report to a Financial controller. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to join the finance team of an establish company.
Key responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping activities of the stores
• Responsible of account payable process (cash & bank, supplier, contractor and customer account recording and collection/payment cycles)
• Reconsolidation of GL accounts and monthly closing process
• Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, etc) and submit periodical management reports to Group Finance function.
• Preparing all the periodical financial reports in local GAAP and IFRS
• Support exportation & importation process
• Participate in budgeting and future projections
A successful candidate must possess good communication skill and persistency to learn and grow.
Key requirements:
• University degree in Business Administration or Economy
• Fluency in English
• Strong accounting background with accrual accounting mentality
• Experience in local bookkeeping
• Between 3-10 years of experience in similar positions
• Result oriented and have a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• High sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
