About the Finance Manager role:

This position is a critical role within the finance and accounting division reporting directly to the General Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the accounting function and ensure the accounting records are recorded in compliance with Indonesian Accounting Standards and statutory requirements
• Manage the accounting team to achieve operational and financial excellence
• Responsible on month end, quarterly and yearly closing period on timely manner to provide financial and management reports
• Familiar with taxation, budgeting and general reporting
• Understand basic tax policy
• Supervise, plan and coordinate the activities of a variety of finance& accounting services that may include, but are not limited to : general accounting, AP, AR, Treasury, Cost Accounting, taxation and financial reporting

Key requirements:

• Bachelor (or above) degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 7-8 years' experience in Accounting or Audit
• Preferably have experience working in one of the top 4 public accountant firm
• Strong analytical thinker, detail orientation and leadership skill
• Strong knowledge in accounting, Indo PSAK and tax
• Familiar with Indonesian accounting & tax regulation
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must
