Head of Finance

We are seeking a Head of Finance to lead the financial direction of a growing manufacturing business with strong international connections. The company currently imports its products and is planning future expansion through local production in collaboration.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in building the company’s finance foundation, driving commercial performance, and ensuring a strong compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee finance structures and reporting systems to support growth

• Manage accounting, reporting, and KPI performance tracking

• Ensure compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements

• Partner closely with management to drive business growth and commercial outcomes

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and internal control initiatives

• Build and develop a capable finance team with a focus on accuracy and accountability

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles within multinational environments

• Great sense for business.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Strong understanding of local GAAP and IFRS

• Proven background in financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls

• Commercial mindset with the ability to connect numbers to strategy

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Fluent English; Korean language proficiency is a strong advantage

• Indonesia-based with flexibility to travel when required
