Finance Business Partner Manager
For a new entity of a maultinational company we are looking for someone to set up the business. You will be the pioneer for the company. You will handle the full finance and help set up the company from scratch. From Headquaters you will get full support. It is important to know every aspact of Finance including legal compliance and IT management.
1) Finance & Business Partnering
- Prepare financial statement in IAS , IFRS, (P/L, Balance Sheet)
- Monthly performance analysis , forecasting and operational planning including investment planning
- Drive the business and ensure meeting all the financial KPIs
- Closely work with the business and support on driving commercial decision making
- Ensure timely internal reporting in HFM
- Review monthly financial along with sharedservice and ensure that financial statement are reported as Group’s guidelines.
- Correspond with Revenue Department for all tax related issues, reconcile for coporate tax
- Prepare and submit half year coporate tax statement
- Arrange dividend payment to Group Head Quarter (directors resolution, cash flow planning, money transfer).
- Ensure proper Working capital managment (Inventories,Accounts receivable, Accounts Payable)
- Coordinate with external auditors and Revenue Department (e.g. destroy of expired products)
- Correspond with banks in all financial matters
- Review local regulations related accounting, taxation and financial reporting to minimize financial risk
- Implement and ensure internal control systems in various process and adhere the internal control manual
- Coordinate and work with Shared service team for all Finance activities.
- Implement and ensure interal control system and risk management system as per the group’s guidelines
If you want to succeed in this role your bring at least:
- Minmum 10 years of working experience as Finance Manager from MNCs
- Bachelor/Master’s degrees in Finance or Accounting
- Profound knowledge in local GAAP and IFRS accounting
- Well-founded expertise in local tax law and labour law
- Experience in reporting principles, methods and procedures
- Strong focus on compliance and internal controls
- Strong personality capable of leading a team by being a role model
- Balanced character trait with foucs on assertiveness and stress-resistance
- Very good communication skills and deep understanding of how to act on behalf of the company
- Good English skills in reading, writing and speaking
- Personal interest in thinking beyond ones horizon and out-of-the-box
- Flexibility for business travelling as and when required
