Business Analyst manager

Our client is a well-established FMCG manufacturer with a strong presence across Asia and a highly recognized consumer brand portfolio. Known for combining large-scale manufacturing excellence with fast commercial execution, the company continues to expand its market reach and operational capabilities.

To support ongoing growth and strengthen data-driven decision making at leadership level, our client is currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst Manager to join their team and drive strategic business insights across the organization.

Position: Business Analyst Manager

This role will lead business analysis initiatives across financial and operational areas, working closely with senior leadership to improve performance, efficiency, and strategic execution. You will act as a bridge between data, business strategy, and execution teams.

Your responsibilty as Business Analyst Manager

• Translate financial and operational data into clear business insights and improvement opportunities.

• Support senior leadership with structured analysis to drive strategic decisions.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement business improvement initiatives.

• Lead business performance reviews and present findings to executive leadership.

• Track project milestones and ensure initiatives stay aligned with company strategy.

• Analyze market movements, competitor activity, and industry trends to support planning.

• Drive adoption of data tools and analytics frameworks across teams.

• Provide practical recommendations that directly support revenue growth, cost optimization, or operational efficiency

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

• Someone who is willing to be based in Bogor

• Minimum 5 years experience in Business Analysis, Finance, Strategy, or Management roles.

• Proven experience managing projects, stakeholders, or small teams.

• Strong communication and presentation capability — able to influence senior stakeholders.

• Fluent English communication (spoken and written).

• Comfortable working with data tools, dashboards, and analytics software.

• Professional certifications in Business Analysis (CCBA, PMI-PBA, or similar) are an advantage.
