Plant Finance Manager - Malang

The Plant Finance Manager is responsible for managing all financial activities of the factory, ensuring accurate planning, cost control, compliance, and strong financial support to operations. This role works closely with plant management, regional finance, and cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities as Plant Finance Manager in Malang

• Manage all factory financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Monitor and optimize fixed and variable costs to support profitability and EBIT performance

• Act as the finance business partner to the plant, working closely with department heads and senior management

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational and strategic decisions

• Drive and monitor factory KPIs in collaboration with key stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal controls, and company policies

• Support and oversee financial aspects of factory projects (short-, mid-, and long-term)

• Lead business case development for investments and improvement initiatives together with the Finance Manager

• Provide financial governance and oversight across all factory activities

• Lead, coach, and develop the factory finance team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable university

• Minimum 10 years of experience in factory finance, cost accounting, or operations finance within FMCG or manufacturing

• Strong ability to translate financial data into clear insights

• Proven leadership and influencing skills across different levels of the organization

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and people management skills

• High proficiency in SAP (FICO module) and strong numerical skills

• Detail-oriented, structured, and able to perform under pressure

• Proactive and hands-on working style

• Fluent in both Indonesian and English

• Willing to be based in Malang, East Java
