What you'll do:

As a Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex cross-border tax consultancy projects. Your excellent leadership skills will be utilised as you guide junior associates through these intricate tasks. You will be expected to manage multiple assignments effectively, even under tight deadlines. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively with professionals at various seniority levels across different service lines will be crucial in this role. Your commitment to managing relationships with international clients will be highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications will aid your project management and communication tasks. Lastly, your excellent verbal and written communication skills in English will ensure clear and effective communication throughout all your responsibilities.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager position brings a wealth of qualifications and skills. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university with excellent academic results (minimum GPA 3.25), majoring in Economics, Law, Accounting, Finance, or any other relevant discipline. You have at least 6 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in transfer pricing and cross-border tax consultancy within an international professional services firm. Your strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and results-oriented approach set you apart. Your ability to lead junior associates, prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and work effectively under tight deadlines is commendable. You are able to work independently and collaboratively with professionals at various seniority levels and different services lines (legal & BPO). Your proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) aids your efficiency. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ensure clear communication. Lastly, holding a Brevet A, B, and C certification would be an advantage.
