AP Manager - Shared Service

You’ll step into a Shared Services Centre in Jakarta where invoices, vendors, and controls are taken seriously and where people trust each other to get things right. You’ll lead the day-to-day AP operation, coach a capable team, and make sure payments are accurate, on time, and compliant. When processes don’t work, you fix them. When the month closes, it closes clean. You will be wokring in Sudirman South Jakarta

You’ll work closely with AR, GL, and the Regional Finance Controller, use SAP daily, and own the relationship with vendors. The role is about control, clarity, and keeping standards high while helping your team grow.

What you’ll be responsible for Assistant Accounts Payable Manager – Shared Services

• Running daily AP operations and month-end close

• Leading, coaching, and developing the AP team

• Enforcing 3-way matching and strong internal controls

• Improving AP processes to remove bottlenecks

• Managing vendor relationships and payment performance

• Supporting audits and ensuring clean documentation

• Using SAP and Excel to keep data accurate and visible

What you bring as Assistant Accounts Payable Manager – Shared Services

• 15+ years in finance/accounting, with 7+ years leading teams

• Strong AP background (Shared Services experience is a plus)

• Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced Excel

• Comfortable owning deadlines, controls, and people issues

• Clear communicator in English, calm under pressure
