Accounts Payable Supervisor

A Accounts Payable Supervisor job has become available at a well-known logistics distribution and supply chain company based in Jakarta. You should have three to five years of experience in accounts payable within the industry.

About the Accounts Payable Supervisor Role:
As the Account Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for the preparation of annual budgeting, preparing consolidated reporting (BS, P&L, working capital and cash flow), and overseeing day-to-day operations of AP activities and supervising work of the AP staff. Reporting directly to Manager, this position will be based in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of AP activities and supervise work of AP staff
• Supervise and handle expenses accounts
• Maintain accurate financial GL
• Supervise reconciliation of vendor accounts and their balances
• Resolve payment issues with assigned vendors
• Review expenditure expense for proper authorisation and precision
• Ensure accuracy in daily invoices and meet time limits
• Ensure that the company’s invoices are precisely administered
• Organise account payments and work together with other units, consider all transactions within the company
• Review AP Ageing Reports
• Weekly and monthly reporting to Managers

To succeed in this role, you will need to be technically strong in accounting, finance, and tax.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's (or above) degree in accounting or equivalent
• Three to five years’ experience in financial analysis, reporting and systems implementation
• Brevet A and B
• Good command of English
• A team player and able to work independently
• Good track record of managing and developing teams
• Positive, driven, enthusiastic and ambitious for the business
